• Please note: we are a brick & mortar store, we will have a walk-in client at times and funeral arrangements that require our immediate attention, therefore this requires us to adjust our schedule and move our delivery times. We promise your arrangement WILL arrive to your recipient by 6 pm.

• Whether we deliver locally or across the country Casablanca Designs is your trusted floral service provider. Floral orders can be placed in person in our lovely studio, by phone or shop our online store

• When placing an order online, please note we have received the order and will send a confirmation when the order has been pulled from the queue. Your email may be sent to Spasm, so please check your Spasm folder for the confirmation email.

• We do make an effort to contact the recipient, however, the majority of the time they will not answer the phone or respond to our calls, therefore we leave the delivery at the requested address given to us by the customer. We will not make a second delivery, therefore it is the responsibility of the client to pick up the arrangement at our location on Ram Cat Alley.

• Local deliveries in the Seneca area 29678 & 29672 zip codes will be charged $10.00, Walhalla, West Union, Keowee Key $12.00,  Westminster $15.00

• For deliveries to Six Mile and Sunset, SC, please contact the studio directly to place an order. 

• Deliveries received before 3 pm will be delivered on the same day if possible. Orders received after 3 pm will be delivered the next business day.

• Customers ordering floral arrangements to be delivered MUST ensure the recipient is able to receive a delivery, know the recipient will be at the specified location, is aware that deliveries may be left on porches or at front desk areas. Once the delivery is left with the recipient, Casablanca Designs is no longer responsible for the arrangement. The recipient will be contacted by phone to ensure proper delivery. We DO NOT deliver to Clemson University, because of the traffic and attempting to reach the recipient by telephone or in person, has posed extreme stress to our delivery personnel. We DO NOT deliver on Sundays!

• Casablanca Designs provides international orders received before 2 pm. Customer must contact the floral studio directly at 864.723.7232

• Every effort will be made to deliver your arrangements at the appropriate time, however, during major holidays or at times unforeseen circumstances may arise deliveries may be delayed.

• We CAN NOT AND DO NOT provide photographs, we hope that as professionals you have trusted us to create a beautiful floral arrangement you will be happy to give. We do not allow our staff to use their personal cell to transmit texts or photographs. .

Substitution Policy:

• As an online customer when ordering a floral arrangement from the online gallery you are agreeing to allow Casablanca Designs to incorporate substitutions as needed. Casablanca Designs strives to provide the exact floral arrangement you have chosen, however on occasions substitutions may be necessary due to the availability of a certain flower, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will substitute a flower for the equal value, style, theme and color you had originally chosen.
